I used it to try and resolve a stumble at idle, issue. And it did.
But...as soon as that tank of fuel was gone and I refilled with 91 octane, it returned.
So, now I'm wondering if it's the coil packs, but if it was the coil packs,why did it go away, while it had the additive.

BG 44K seems to give the best results when you do an "Italian Tune-Up" at the same time.

Basically, the idea is to flow as much gas through the fuel system as possible, so that deposits get flushed out.

Some of those dissolved deposits end up in the oil, so doing an oil change afterwards is usually a good idea.

Oil change done
Going to change fuel filter again.
