Hey everyone, I am new to the board, but have been a major fan of the Skyline GTRs most of my existence, especially the R32 and R34. Many of us in the U.S. are stoked that we are going to be able to legally import and register the 1989 Skyline GTR R32. The question is, what websites are the best to use to shop for a GTR located in Japan or Britain, or even Canada? I have been searching and searching, but am having issues finding R32s and even if I do find one, the contact information on the ad is lacking greatly so I can't even contact the guy. I definitely want to get this thing rolling and would greatly appreciate any help you all have to offer. I am not experienced in shopping for cars elsewhere in the world but am trying hard. Currently drive a 1991 Audi 200 20v Turbo and a 1984 BMW 533i, just to give you an idea of what I currently have in the stable. Also have a built Triumph Daytona Super III (150whp). Beware, if you're buying a car in Japan, add on an additional $3000-$4000 on top of the price. That should cover the cost of shipping and possibly all the paperwork you'll need to have completed before it can even get on the boat.

Please understand also that the prices of these cars are probably going to start increasing as Aug of 2014 nears as that's when the first GT-R's can legally be imported. (25 years from the DATE OF MANUFACTURE.) Just a heads-up.

I've sold a 89 R32 GTR in the US...it's stored at my place in canada until jan. 2015.

I can get a hand on a clean nismo R32 GTR ''show and display'', US legit....I can stored it until you get all the paperwork done on it.
