So I was driving down Sunset Blvd on a Saturday night and I come across a Bentley Continental GT and I liked the 3rd brake light

So I decided I would try to do that to my car as well.

and here's a little videoYouTube - 2007 Altima 3rd Brake Light

I think it looks good but I need to get bigger and stronger LED's because during the day you really cant see them that much

Of all the things you notice the Nav lol. It's a Pioneer D3x, you can probably get it for cheap now since the new model is out.

Any one know what Zimbio is?This thread is on there http://www.zimbio.com/Bentley+...Light

if you got another set of leds like that...... that would make it have a stronger impact.. or a lens of some sort to reflect the light around.

well there is something else that you could do, but it would draw more power and be less directional but bright as hell either ccfl tube or the neon wouldnt be as bright, but you would need to mount something underneath and behind it so that it wouldnt be as much of a distraction.

That could work, I like these because you cant see them from the inside.

Not exactly, its a pioneer Avic D3... the D3x was a marketing ploy that only signified the package it was sold with (+ ipod adapter, + Xm radio, etc)

oh yeah... like the initiative on the 3rd brake light

Very unique and good idea, but until someone finds some BRIGHT A** leds, these are just not visible during the day time, not if you look closely.

Just met a guy the other night with a Bentley GT at the golf course. That is one bad azz sounding/looking/driving car. Somehow the LEDs don't make up the difference, but they do look nice on your ride.
