Where did you get your Braided SS balance tube from?

Pretty sure he made that. I've always liked it, it's a nice touch.

Well its not really new, I've had it for about 6 years

Cost....the fittings, lines, etc were probably $150-$175 bucks or so. I don't really have any write up but the "feet" were custom fabbed up and the gaskets for between the feet and the intake plenum were fabbed up out of gasket material. From there braided line was used, -AN fittings were used, and a couple blocks in the middle with vacuum ports for the simplified vacuum setup. Here's a few more pics for you....
