Are American 93 Q45s parts same as aussie 93 Q45 parts?

I am trying to rebuild a few Q45's I have which is bloody expensive but I love it! 2 of them are aussie release q45s and I need the injectors to be correct that I order and my only source of part numbers and information are on these beautiful U.S forums which teach me EVERYTHING! I NEED TO KNOW... is the 93 q45 parts on discountinfintitparts website correct for my aussie release 93 q45? As I read somewhere a japanese 93 q45 is a 94 Q45 in america and I dont wanna spend 1200$ on parts that I cant use... thanks :ohno:
