I have a black 09 S Rogue with the stock 215/70R/16 tires and I am looking at buying these rims to replace the steel ones. They are on fastwheels.ca and are call the Spear. They are 16x8.0 5x114.3mm and offset is +10. Would these work without wearing down the tires or the bearings? According to Nissan the offset should be +40.

in my opinion your new tires/rims might stick out 30mm's more OUTWARD.
essentially the rims & tires would look like this

which in my opinion will stress your wheel studs, axles, hubs & bearings, etc. totally up to you.
i would stick to the stock off-set, just get a wider rim/tire package. thats all.

Okay I may get closer to stock then. I don't see many 16" rims that are close to stock though.

is there a reason you wont go to 17? you wanted to reuse your stock tires im guessing?

Yeah I know if I new that I would have got 17's. If anyone can find online aftermarket wheels in black and chrome in 16" with the same specs as the stock wheels let me know. Or I may need to purchase 16" from Nissan.

have you looked on tire rack? its incredible easy to enter all of the car information and they tend to have a wide selection of wheels to choose from. That is where i found mine

unfortunately tirerack doesn't offer wheels in 16"diameter for the Rogue

maybe try selling your new tires or "trading" them in to a tire shop in exchange for 17's

I will see if I can exchange my 16" tires that I bought for 17" but since its been a year not sure if they will let me do this. I still have the stickers on the tires and the receipt.
