It's a possibility. For me, if I have to mess with the CAS connector, I have to play with it/wiggle it afterwards to get it to run again. It's the original '91 engine harness, so that doesn't surprise me. I've got a Wiring Specialties harness I need to swap in eventually. I just don't have a hoist.

alrighty, she's finally running! I went and soldiered all connections and wire ends and sealed up almost every wire in the engine bay, that fixed my spark issue. I then replaced every vacuum line I could get my hands on and cleaned the MAF, It doesn't die during idle anymore. She's running a little rough though but she starts and runs. There is one hose I'm not sure where it goes, i'll post a picture of it ASAP. I have to replace the fuel injectors, they are all old and possibly damaged from when I took it to the mechanic. The #6 injector is stuck open and keeps filling the cylinder, so I'm going to have to do a fluid job on it, but she is running. Not running well, but it is running.

In case you didn't get it yet. That hose goes into the side of your intake Volvo cover on that side. The big riser up front with the hole towards the outside of the car

lol yeah I figured you meant valve covers.

Question? Should I start a new thread for the stuff that's going on now or just keep going with this one?
