Not having much luck with my 92 Q45a active self test, Iam getting no results. I have tried the same on my 95a, I get a code 55. Using Blatz & ECU Talk on the 92a also show a code 55. ECU Talk gauges show me a diference in the front left and rt rear sensors but all change as I move , looking for a level area before I make a decision could be a good idea. Maybe someone might know why I am not getting any results from switch on & 10 or more N-H flips of the switch.I have also tried switching to H and waiting 5 minutes before switching off, and pumped the brakes 5 times within 10 seconds during diagnosis. Anyone had any trouble with the control unit ???

Finally got around to looking at some of Keith's suggestions for my problems with this car. Nice day off pulled the car out removed the back seat, brake light, rear window panel, storage box and rt rear speaker. Tried disconnecting & reconnecting the battery and control unit a couple of times same response, active light is on.I did get ECU TALK to connect , showing everything working including the N/H switch. Part number 52700 64U00 or 52700 67U00 I believe will work. If anyone can help with either of these preferably the 67U00, as an upgrade let me know . Thanks

Had a chance to pull the g sensor on the 92a, part number 98805 61u01 followed by 407940-5110 . Found one out of a 95a 98805 61u01 but changes to 407940-5111, both are made by Zexel 17121 out of the 92a and 46820 from the 95a. Are they interchangeable ???

absolutely interchangeable.

btw, haven't been on the forum that much, but your earlier post about no codes, yet the actsus light stying on and active control in fail-safe is a CLASSIC sign of the active ECU going bad. regrettable that this happens.
Never EVER let your battery get weak. check your alternator and replace immediately if it is not 13.8 to 14.5 v. low voltage FRIES the active ECU.
I have AGM batteries in both active G50s and will even trickle charge them if they are going to sit for more than a week.

Purchased vertical g sensor, actually he had 3 different ones out of a 95a, I bought all. Even replacing the active ecu took care of my problem previously this sensor might have been the culprit. I agree with the voltage requirements, I keep mine on float chargers for back up. Will follow up on replacement parts. Anyone have an extra active ecu ???
