I'm not sure why KBB's website doesn't list the separate models as they do for most cars, but they ARE listed under the options checklist. T stands for touring, a for active. So just check the "touring" box and you're set. If a parts store doesn't show a Q45t option, have them check for a touring option instead.
The features of the t over the base model varied from year to year as specific features were changed, added, or removed. In 1992 it would have meant a 15.9 mm rear sway bar (no rear sway bar at all on base model), a smaller (than base) front sway bar, HICAS (4-wheel steering) and traction control. T models also have trunk lip spoilers which slightly improve the car's drag coefficient.
The a was the most unique animal, with active suspension. It also had a larger 20mm sway bar (a desirable mod for base and t model owners).
Aside from those differences, the cars are the same. So unless you need HICAS parts or sway bars the base model has you covered. The a is only different as far as suspension parts.
