Please give us an accurate description of what occurs when you turn the key. Not flooded?

A brief maintenance history and note on its condition may help with a car we cannot touch nor hear.

There's only a single "crank angle sensor" but it's located on the left head exhaust cam. The other 2 cam "sensors" are variable timing solenoids. If you haven't touched the CAS, and if you're getting spark on the plugs, then the timing should be OK. Ditto Maxnix: You're sure it's not flooded? How long since it first refused to start?

Have you tried cranking it with the gas pedal mashed to the floor? This will shut of the fuel injectors to clear any flooding.

My 94 Q will become unwilling to start if you start and move it a short distance and let it sit. A dealer told me they have the same problems arising from moving cars into the garage and back out again after servicing. .

The solution is to have a strong battery and to hold the pedal all the way to the floor, and have the guts to let it keep cranking. When this "lock-up" occurs, or whatever you want to call it, it takes a long attempt to start it before it kicks in. I would say, in some cases maybe 15 seconds or so, which seems like an eternity.

There's an ignitor on each head that is controlled by the ECU to break current to the COPs. If you're getting spark I don't see how the ignitors can be the problem, but check to make sure all the harnesses under the hood are connected. Probably not easy to check the ignitors without a scope or at least an inductive ammeter.
