91 Hardbody electrical bug

So I'm driving when the truck hiccups and everything shuts down for a split second then resumes running. I then noticed no stop,tail,turn,dash lights,guages,horn,stereo,blower motor. All fuses check ok and truck will still run. Has anyone had this happen?

So located the wire feeding power to fuse box and found a direct short. does anyone know what else this feeds???

We have the factory service manual for a 1990 truck in pdf format on this site. Should be the same as a 1991. www.nicoclub.com/FSM is where you need to go. Look in the Hardbody folder. You truck is 21, going on 22, years old. Wires get crispy and who knows what previous owners have done to it. I have a 1991 as well and it is in good shape, it was just worked hard and recently had the transmission s*** the bed on me. All we can do is fix em as they break. They really are good trucks in the end and nothing compares to them these days.
