Our 2007 G35x just turned 60K. I skipped the recommended 30K service (change all drivetrain fluids) on the basis that I have never owned a car with such a short interval (30K or 60K) for major maintenance. This is commonly a 100K recommendation.
Any thoughts or experience on whether this should be done every 30K or 60K or later?
Thanks in advance,
Rich

On my previous 06 G35 the first major service that I did was at 106k miles when the plugs were replaced, new belts and coolant. Only did oil and filter changes up to that point. Still had original transmission and differential fluid when traded in at 171796 miles.

Only the "premium maintenance" schedule has all fluids and such being replaced at 30k. I've never heard of anyone actually following that schedule. Most use Schedule 2 for most things or a hybrid approach.

On my cars I had the 5AT tranny flush/filled between 60-70k miles along with the rear diff fluid. I replaced the brake fluid around that time as well since I replaced my brake lines with SS in that time frame.
