I was doing the q45 diff swap on my s13 and had a manual TT half shaft and it came out to be too long to fit and I don't know if I am mistaken when I read the FSM but it says the auto is about 2-3 inches shorter compared to the manual correct me if I am wrong. Also I will buy a TT halfshaft if the auto is shorter because I need that done asap.

The auto and manual are different shafts. Also, the TT and NA are different as well. The Q45 rear end (97-01) is the R200V. It requires the NA drive shaft to work. The TT rear end is an R230V and is very different. I put a Q45 rear end in my TT swap since I have the NA subframe. So, check which drive shaft you really need.

R200V needs an NA driveshaft.

Not the 91 because it has a 6 bolt output. Thats why it requires the TT Shaft

Yes, the 91 has the 6 bolt input and output. Good luck.
