300zx rear main seal/flywheel torque specs?

hey guys im going to attempt to change my rear main seal for the first time is there any picture guides out there?i found one but the pics wouldnt load?Also what are the torque specs on the rear main seal and the flywhhel and pressure plate?Is there a way of tightening the bolts on the flywheel?Thanks

From the FSM
Flywheel torque: 61-69 ft-lb
Pressure plate torque: 25-33 ft-lb
