Sorry about the poor quality video but most articles about the wreck that I found didn't even have pictures.

A Sunday drive has ended in a $3.5 million nightmare, with eight Ferraris, three Mercedes-Benzes and a Lamborghini involved in a 14-car pile-up in Japan.

Police said the pile-up happened on the Chugoku Expressway in Yamaguchi Prefecture about 10.15am yesterday, with 10 people hospitalised with minor injuries.

I'm glad no one was too seriously hurt!

This story would have had so much more WIN if the driver of the Prius had caused the wreck. :chuckle:

I was just about this, you're pretty quick on the trigger there Bex!

I do have a different link with some hi-res stills though.

512TR, F355, 360, 430...multigenerational Ferrari catastrophe.

A couple places are also listing a Nissan GTR in the wreckage as well.

Yeah, it was big news Sunday night and Monday morning here.

Now, the road being wet is news to me. The Daily Yomiuri newspaper didn't mention anything about wet roads, but I am sure that as the investigation moves on, more details will emerge.

Sorry to hear about it, especially with the TR and the F355, but man, if you got wheels like that, don't get stupid on a highway. You have no buffer zones.

98% of the highways in this area have a only about a 3ft wide shoulder on the left side and then it's just concrete wall. Plus, in the Tokyo metro and surrounding areas, the highways are elevated. Better hope you don't break through the concrete or go over. Just ask the truck driver who went too fast around a curve, topsided his truck and fell 60ft to his death on the Chuo expressway outbound of Tokyo.
