I found the coolest dude ever who sold me his baby on craigslist.

1990 300zx Twin Turbo with 92k miles WAT!

It has a bunch of mods on it professionally done by stillen in Costa Mesa, and ALL receipts from work ever done on it. I mean ALL! he literally handed me 4 huge file folders stuffed full of papers, anything from tire changes, oil changes, modifications, engine check light investigations, and remedies... EVERYTHING!

The mods that it has are

Stillen full header back exhaust
New Turbos (aprrox 300 miles on them)
Blow off valves
Better intercoolers
After market Turbo controller and Gauge
Stillen Professional ecu tune
500 HP rated Stage 3 clutch from ACT
Optima redtop battery
Stillen front and rear fascias
Stillen nose piece
Sideskirts
more that I can't remember off hand

Maintenance that's been done:
Rebuilt passenger side head, apparently there was a leak that he took care of not too long ago.
Replaced all belts, including timing belt, less than 2k ago.
All routine maintenance accounted for
Probably more that I'm missing at the moment

Extras:
two 10' sub with custom sub box in back
amp for subs and speakers
1 farad cap
pioneer head and equalizer

Oh yeah, not to mention the $10K paint job he put on it. Not even kidding, I saw the receipts

I can't believe I ran into this car randomly on Craigslist. I'm so stoked to have it

Here's the kicker....

Got it for only $6,000
OMG!

The only aesthetic thing is that he hit a 2X4 on the freeway and it cracked the front fascia pretty bad, but stillen installed an aluminum sheet to help mostly with the wind flow to the inter coolers and radiator that holds it all together really well.

Eventually I will have stillen install a new front fascia, but for now it is totally fine

So here it is!

Thanks!

She started leaking arf fluid from the power steering system somewhere, I'm hoping its just a hose. But I gotta figure that out soon. She needs to drive!!

Bummer with the ps leak, as you said be sure to figure that out and fix soon because the alternator will go next from the atf fluid and you don't want that one...not fun.

So do you have any plans with the car- more mods, or just drive and enjoy it?

As of right now shes gotta sit for a little, because of the ps leak, but once that gets sorted out the most I'm going to do to her is just give a love. Re-seal the sideskirtss, eventually replace the front fascia. Little detail work on some of the trim that has paint fading and chips. A little bit of engine dress up.

So nothing major, I really like where the car is already, pushing about 380 hp from the last dyno it had a few years back so its just enough but not over the top. New turbos and intercoolers and a proper tune, It feels pretty solid and very responsive.

Sounds good, keep us posted!
I see from your posts in tech that you seem to know your way around the car, looking forward to seeing what you do.
