And if you mean s*** like whack widebody kits and "Z3 style euro fenders with turbo vents" like Honda and s*** have, we don't want it.
We have entire sites dedicated to our suspension and driveline accessories, and have had such for a long time. All you need beyond that are engine mods, turbo kits are abundant, radiators are easily had if you want to drop $400 on some bling, turbos and IC's are all universal...WTF don't we have?
Well, I guess "we" as a universal 240sx group may have a lot of parts, but my "we" is much smaller and I have yet to find satisfactory parts for some things.
Well, some things I'm looking for (off the top of my head):
- Adjustable front lower control arm (I don't "need" this, but it will help w/ my adjustability that for some reason my car like to do). Toyotas and Hondas have this, I would like it too.
- a 2.5" downpipe made for the KA-SOHC turbo setup, a SOHC KA Turbo kit - sure there's DOHC kits, but what about other 240's (89-90) like mine? You don't see some weird Civic year that has no turbo kit.
- Affordable coilovers only recently came out a year ago for our cars (the k-sports and d2), or at least were only recently available - before that you had to drop down minimum $1k for a used set.
- A collection of rwd lower offset rims - we have some, but a very small selection, and getting a 4-lug version is even harder - also only recently have I seen them starting to "beta-test" some rims for us (like the group buy coming out soon).
Sure, if you look hard enough, you can find any of these things, and if you put enough money in, it doesn't matter what kind of car you have.
If you still think that's complete bs, then I'm sorry. Congratulations on being able to find everything easily and affordably.
And yes, a wider selection of wide body kits would be nice .
