Just got a quote on a new 2013 G37x sedan w/premium and Nav for $35.5k

That's quite a bit under invoice, but I here there's some dealer money available that might help explain that.

Have others gotten a better price? I'd like to know how much room I have to negotiate.

Will they get even cheeper if I wait a few months as there is no 2014 model?

If you wait a few months its going to be gone. That's a decent price with those options. Never hurts to make a lower offer though. You can always go up, but you can't go back down. I would definitely suggest you open negotiations now if you want the car.

MSRP on the new G's is down by almost 10k (on some models) compared to the 2012 MY. I think starter is right, if you wait you decrease the odds that you'll find what you want.

I really don't think pricing will change much in the next few months, just availability will go down. I remember trying to haggle with a dealer on a new 370Z a couple years ago, and I'm confident they just waited for someone to pay the price they wanted than let it go and lose money.

Seeing how used ones with 10k miles or under are going for low 30s, it makes a lot of sense to consider new for just a few K more.

Check out www.insidenissan.com, and see what the VPP pricing is going for. That gives you a pretty good idea on invoice pricing, and you may be able to haggle your way down to somewhere close to that.

Car: Infinity G37 - looking to purchase

We purchased a new 2013 G37X in January '14 that had a retail of $37,530., purchased it for $32,300.
premium package plus a few other accessories
no nav
no trade
financing at the time was 1.99 % (I think)

wife's car - she loves it!
and with the awd it's very very good in the snow, much better than an A4awd that it replaced

We got a 2013 G37X with about the same options as Larry for close to same price.
