2011 QX 56 rear diff locker

Hi, somebody know if is possible to install a rear diff locker ( True -trac or ARB ) on a 2011 QX56 ? Also I need to replace the ring and pinion because final drive ratio is 1: 2,937 good for road but very limited for off road . The rear diff model is an R230, same as before model year 2010 QX but on old model the final drive is 1: 3,35. Are interchangeable ?
Its based brother , the new 2010 nissan patrol only selling in Emirates has from factory electronic rear diff locker , helical LSD and final drive ratio 1 : 3,35
I need all information about this questions.
