The first one is an obvious chop. There are variations of it floating around, one without the messy rear door seam removal.

The 2nd one's a fake, too (look at the ocean through the windshield) but it gets more right. Doors look legit, seams for the tonneau cover. But there's no way to open the liftgate and no storage space behind it even if there was. More importantly, there's no room to hide a folded roof.
