All Nissans and Datsuns Welcome

I will be holding my second annual cookout at my house for all you local and non-local Nissan lovers. I will be hosting it on Sunday September 12th starting @ 10am. We will grill and hang out for awhile, then do some nice cruising on our local streets and interstates... maybe an individual photo shoot or two if you can talk Kyle into it. I will supply all forms of food and drinks. Makes it easier for those traveling....... no need for coolers etc. All I ask is a simple donation for the cause into the tip jar. My local friends and I are accustom to mature outings, so lets not deter from that. Plenty of fun can be had without being stupid.

Please reply on this thread if you can make it and I will update the list periodically. State how many people you will have with you, if any. Also what kind of grill meat and beverage you and your guest(s) prefer.

Yea, wish I was local and could see that beast of yours in person. Sadly, Im about 10 hours away I would imagine. Good luck with it tho, plenty of pics the car Gods demand!

Yeah, it sucks that there's a lot of people that would come, only if they lived closer. I'm not really sure there will be enough cars there to be worthy of a bunch of pics. We'll see though. I'm gonna have to start promoting this more for next year to see if I can get people to driver farther. Maybe make a Saturday/Sunday weekend out of it and just have people stay over in a hotel if they choose to drive the distance. Bloomington/Normal is a very nice town. So I could maybe have a cruise-in on Saturday night then the cookout, as usual, on Sunday. I'll start planning for next year!

I live in Saint John, IN. Its like 25 mins east of the city. Depending if I can get my car done within the week will determine if I can make it or not, if not I'll drive the Altima coupe.

I have a friend with an '02 sentra Spec V. I don't know if he can come though. I wasn't planning on bringing anyone with out of respect for you and your house, but if you'd like me to I can.

I don't mind a guest, as long as they also share interest in Nissans or some other form of performance vehicle. I just want to get a generic head count for food purposes.

Do it man! And make your friends come too. That's what this cookout is suppose to be about... meeting new Nissan enthusiasts.

I am also bringing my 55" Samsung LED LCD out to the garage and running Forza 3 competitions, along with my Fanatec steering wheel and pedal setup. Should be a nice little touch.

Well that sucks you didn't see it earlier. Yes, Forza on the 360. We won't necessarily be on LIVE since we will be doing simple best lap times amongst each other, but we could get on LIVE if someone wanted to.

I saw it the other day and was pumped then i saw the date and couldent use my vacation cause it was to short notice. also if you wana play forza some time mt tag is ablazedpolecat.

Me and urboymumbles can be marked down as trying our hardest to get there it's 3 hours. Are there going to be parts for sale by chance?

To be honest we have a very long grocery list between me and mumbles.

Aww man I wish Orlando guys did more stuff like this.

Usually the meets here are full of honda's and maybe one or two 240's.

Sometime's it's the cars that come to look at cars so they bring suv's packed with friends and stuff! Bleh!

Hey man we were going to drive up tonight and stay at a friends house but I literally just got my car back from paint 5 mins ago and I'm really tired. So were leaving at 7 tomorrow morning and hope that we don't run in to any problems. If anything happens or if were going to get there a little late I'll give you a call.
