2005 Q 45 oil flush?

I recently bought a 2005 Q45 (100K) and i want to change the oil and use full synthetic Mobil 1 5w30. the thing is I'm not sure what oil is in the car.
is it recommended to use these oil flush sold in auto part stores? or just switch to synthetic?

never "flush" the oil system.Just drain out the old and put in the synthetic of your choice.
