2005 Pathfinder window issues

I bought my Pathfinder used about 2 years ago. Shortly after I got it, I discovered the rear driver's side window would not go back up from the driver's panel...I have to reach behind to the actual window itself. About a year later the safe thing happened with both passenger windows. Today the front passenger window no longer works from the driver's side panel.

Is this an electrical problem? Basically we haven't gotten this fixed because we are afraid of the cost...we just don't have the funds to fix a large expense. Just looking for an answer.

If it was electrical then the windows wouldn't go up at all. I think its just an issue with the drivers master switches.

I have a similar problem with my 02 QX4. My passenger side, rear window switch will allow the window to go down but not go up again. But I can raise it using the driver controls...what could cause this?
