This is the third tranny they have replaced.

When going over 65mph, the transmission slips and goes all the way to redline. It will not shift properly. I also got a check engine light. Also when going into reverse, it shifts really hard and I get a loud bang and it goes into gear.My Question is is there a tsb on this and what is causing this problem?and what can they (nissan) do to solve this?
