I picked this up three weeks ago and absolutely love it. So far it's completely stock and, even though it's more car than I was looking for, I had to get it because it was so rediculously clean and well maintained. I've never seen a used car with 71,000 miles look this clean and like it's never even been sat in. I'm glad I laid down the extra cash for it over an Altima. It's in the shop right now though. The a/c blew hot at idle and the engine was getting hot. Yep, cooling fans. There was also an obvious bearing roar coming from the right rear so they're knocking it out too. I guess the only mods I plan on doing to it are 18" to 20" wheels and maybe a body kit to cover up the black trim around the bottom of the car. Other than that ans tinted windows, this car has more power than I need as it is and is wicked fun with the 6-speed. I've been soaking up as much as I can in these forums and really appreciate all of the info you guys and gals have thrown out there

Welcome to nico! There is ONE performance mod you should seriously consider. Well 2 actually. A coupe or FX midpipe, and a z-tube or equivalent. The center pipe because of benefits resulting in 32lb weight savings, and 7 hp. The Ztube to balance the extra 3 decibels in exhaust sound and to give you another 7hp. Normal driving could result in a .3 to .5 mpg improvement. Plus I've yet to even hear someone so much as mention regrets to doing these mods.

Well we have another 6-speed sedan brother... Trust me it won't stop once you start modding...

Haha...NOOBS.

Welcome to the world of G35. You'll have a lot of fun. Stay a while and you will learn a lot. Eventually our plans will be to get you to improve upon the already great car that you have!
