I've been browsing nicoclub.com and infinitihelp.com and I can't seem to find a good clear answer anywhere.

I own a 2003 Infiniti Q45 and my power steering is bubbling all over the place. It's currently at the mechanic with no answers found yet, replaced the pump as well.

It bubbles after being turned off and sitting for awhile.

I've heard replace power steering filter?
Replace power steering strainer?
Remove air from the pipes, it's already been bled after this issue occured.
I've also heard put transmission conditioner in it, but I've heard it's snake oil?

Does anyone have any idea?

:welcome: to NICO!

Came up with the same suggestions when I searched. I don't think there's a filter...

If he's already replaced the pump, I'd say to repeat the bleeding process a few times. Check the factory service manual for that procedure - available at http://www.infinitiservicemanual.com

M1 ATF is the fluid of choice with most of our members. I do a partial exchange at every oil change.
