2001 qx4 turn signals not working

My wife hit a deer and the fog light is broke and for awhile the blinkers worked, all of a sudden nothing happens with either turn signal. I have checked all fuses and they are fine. Could it be fuse links. If so, which should I check and how do I remove them. The brake lights work fine, its just the turn signals

i was wrong, fuse is blowing

I had replace the fuse but didn't realize it was blowing every time I replace it and turned on the blinkers. Any ideas?
