2001 qx4 turn signals not working

My wife hit a deer and the fog light is broke and for awhile the blinkers worked, all of a sudden nothing happens with either turn signal. I have checked all fuses and they are fine. Could it be fuse links. If so, which should I check and how do I remove them. The brake lights work fine, its just the turn signals

It was a fuse but every time I replace it, it blows again. Whats up with that?

Remove the corner combination housing and ensure none of the wiring is shorting to the body somewhere.

Yep... a blown fuse means something is shorting out. Probably hidden damage from Bambi's skull.
