You will have to blow through the metal lines that go under intake to follow them to back of intake.

Awesome, I was looking for pictures like these a few months ago when I was replacing my headgasket and removing my EGR stuff, these are very helpful thank you.

I have been trying to trouble shoot my vacuum system on my 1991 240 for a few days now. My radiator fan shroud exploded and some of my hoses got ripped off due to the radiator fan and im trying to get everything sorted out. It does have a KA24de from an s14, would that make any difference?

I dont have 4 metal hoses (as seen in the original picture, hoses 2-5), only 3 metal hoses on my car
So while trying to trace the hoses it appears I'm one hose short and I'm not sure which one it is

Image

That nipple/hose is broken off

3 stray hoses in between the valve cover and firewall, i cant quite figure out where they hook up

Its a bit of a mess I know, but can anybody please help

so im doing i did a complete rebuild on my KA (originally out of a s14)

Serious question, trying to route all my vacuum lines.
my problem is i dont have an s13 upper manifold, only have s13 lower manifold...
i dont have the swirl valve that connects to the far left lower vacuum line

i want to know if i can T that line off to another line.
and will this affect my emissions?
all sensors are new (including the EGR)
