Can this part be serviced? Or are you showing us where it's located and where to purchase it? If this is a work in progress excuse me for being a jackass.

i'm just compiling any info i can find on it. I have never heard of it being serviced. the most common problem is that it stays open and causes a high idle. ebay might have cheaper prices. courtesy parts usually has the highest prices but i could not find air reg anywhere else.
