Check your fuel pressure. You can also take of the aircleaner cover and look down the throtlle body throat. You can see if the injectors are spraying fuel. Don't do this if it backfires a bit.
Get some starter fluid in a spray can and see if it keeps running while spraying. This will help indicate it's a fuel problem and not spark.
Double (and even triple) check your plug wire routing. It's easy to get then mixed up. I had a miss on mine, changed the plugs, cap, rotor and wires and still had it. Turned out I crossed a few wires. Replacing them fixed the original problem, but I introduced a new one that showed the same symptoms.
If it's a fuel problem, then the fun really begins. You can check out a past thread of mine where I had the engine cutout @ around 2500 rpm, I chased for over 6 months.
