My 1st time on the track was in April 2k2 with a stock CA18DET powered, 1990 b12 nissan sentra 4-dr. Mods included custom FMIC, MSD 50lb/hr injectors, a re-worked T25, a non-LSD gearbox, and SDS standalone engine management system.1st run was a 14.8@98mph on 13psi of boost on regular street tires, 35psi of air in all 4 tires (205/50-15 kumho tires on B14 SE-r 15in. rims). Just lauched the car too hard because I was excited and the thing went nowhere fast.2nd run was a
[email protected]. This launch was a little better with less wheelspin, but still a weak launch nonetheless. This run was done on open-boost (yes, I pulled the hose off the wastegate actuator). It didn't make the car that much faster, but it did sound cool and caused my intake temperatures to shoot through the roof. Tire pressure this time was brought to 20psi.
In 2003, I replaced the previous sentra that was destroyed with another sedan. On Dec. 21, 2003, I ran a
[email protected] with regular street tires. R/T=1.031, 60'=3.016, 330=7.059, 1/
[email protected], 1000'=12.636.
In 2004, I took the new sentra (the other one got destroyed later in 2k2) with it's new T3/T04E stage III with a .48 backhousing, 205/50-15 BF goodrich
drag radials on B14 SEL gunmetal rims, 7 y/o intrax/kyb suspension, much better tuning on SDS, MSD 72lb/hr injectors, MSD DIS-2 ignition box with 2 step launch control, better turbo manifold, hks 40mm wastegate, blitz and Greddy bovs, upgraded FMIC, NISMO fpr, and bliz dual sbc/turbo timer on board.
1st run got smoked by an S14 with RB25DET. R/T=1.287__60'=2.799__330'=6.928__1/

2nd run got smoked by a 10 second Supra. R/T=981__60'=2.906__330'=7.207__1/

3rd run against old neon with SRT4 motor in it boosting 25psi to my 18psi. R/T=.690__60'=2.578__330'=6.715__1/

[email protected] (difference here was 2-step lauch, but still burned radials and went nowhere fast).
4th and final run against mazda6 and killed my clutch after 2nd gear. R/T=.348__60'=2.368__330'=6.312__1/

[email protected]. This run started out to be my best effort for the day, but the clutch let loose after coming out of 2nd gear and I just let the car coast in neutral through the traps.
