my "best" was 13.7 @117 w/ ~2.0 60' and a failing turbo seal ;). I'm hoping to be able to get kicked off a couple of tracks this summer (should be low 11s, maybe high 10s if the sun shines on my *** at the right angle ;) w/ my current setup). Current mods are Garret GT25BB turbos, 740cc injectors, GReddy ICs dual intake, divorced downpipes, test pipes, & Greddy SP exhaust. I should have ~ 515 RWHP @ 23psi if I can get it all tuned. Next step will be rebuilding the motor w/ upgraded internals & headwork.

Waaaaaaaay too vague of a question. Escort Racing has a 300zx running 7's, and I'm sure there's terrible drivers making passes in their NA's at 17 seconds... but for a general.. I believe... BELIEVE (as opposed to knowing for sure) that Nissan issued quarter mile times for a stock NA at low 15's (never exactly sure) and the Twin Turbo was said to run a 13.8 bone stock from Nissan. As for me, I have a 1990 Twin Turbo with 138k miles with a best time of 14.0 with a Stillen Pop Charger, short throw shifter, and I took off my exhaust resignators..although this time could be better, it a MAJORITY driver. So anyway, times can vary way too much, you need to ask something more specific like "whats the fastest time on stock turbos?"...

So what are your guys's fastest times stock N/A or stock TT? please specify N/A or TT. If you have mods please tell us what you ran after your mods as opposed to stock. Thanks, a whole sh*t load of responses would be much appreciated.

the n/a z32's should run much better than 17s stock. I ran 16.474 on my stock n/a 84 z31. So I would expect at least mid 15's for the n/a z32 if not better.
