09 Altima coupe 3.5 se makes noises over every bump?

I bought a 09 altima coupe and The front shocks/shruts makes noises over every bump? It sounds like a bed spring or the fluid compressing in the shock. Its very annoying and embarrassing. Is this the factory parts doing this? Does anyone know what im talking about? If i get coil springs or just a better suspension will the noise stop?? My dealership says is normal operation? please help
