08 Altima Coupe Tune down Button Stopped Working

Hi, I have an 08 Altima Coupe with the standard base stereo system. Just recently I was adjusting the sound settings (bass, treble, etc) and I was trying to lower the bass and the tune down button used to lower it stopped working. Does anyone know of a fix for this if you take apart the stereo?

Mine does that too from time to time. Usually it happens when the car sits outside and gets really hot, but then the next day the button works again. I haven't found a fix, but maybe yours will start working again.
