Looking to purchase an 07' g35 coupe, but from what I've read only the sedan came with the dual tube intake that year. I was interested in a Stillen gen III intake kit since I've heard many good things and was wondering if anyone knew if swapping the intake manifold from a sedan would allow that so I could install the Gen III kit. That in mind I also wasn't sure if I could get away with purchasing a twin turbo kit for 07' sedan if I did manage to successfully swap the manifold. Anyone know if they're are any other differences under the hood in the sedan models that would prevent a coupe from having these things.

I haven't looked at it in detail, but I would think that with a dual intake tube manifold, you'd also need dual MAFs... something a single tube manifold wouldn't have (and nor would your wiring harness).

I didn't even consider that. That would make things a bit more complicated.

Hey it's better to find out now, rather than later. If I liked the 08' body style better I'd just get one of those, but I like the older body a lil more.

You can't use a dual-TB intake design on a single-TB VQ motor....2007+ G sedans and 2008+ G coupes all have dual TB's.
