07 frontier question.

I have an 07 frontier 4 cylinder automatic. When i start the truck i hear this electrical noise right under the center console. Its not the shift lock solenoid its a litte behind that, Hopefully someone can tell me what this is.
It only happens right after i start the car and when it happens it beeps right after.

so if they vehicle is off and you turn the key to the ON position without actually starting it, it doesn't make a noise?
