A full flush needs lots of ATF (about 14 quarts).
A drain and fill uses less, helps the transmission (although I still recommend a full flush every 30k miles), and probably uses about 7 to 8 quarts. That is about all you are likely to get out of the transmission (it holds near 10 to 11 quarts, as I recall).
The Service Manual (link is in my sig) describes the process and quantity (as I recall) of ATF needed.
And, as always, on these new Nissan/Infiniti automatic transmissions, remember to use Nissan Fluid J ATF to avoid voiding your warranty!!
