05 Altima SE-R, hard shifting from 2nd to 3rd on automatic trans

just recently, i have noticed that my 05 Altima SE-R shift from 2nd to 3rd real hard...wondering if this has happen to anyone or some one might know whats wrong.

Idk if you got the same problem but I had to get my trans changed on my auto 02 altima when it would rev up between 2 and 3. Every time it shifted from second to third it would rev as hard as I had the gas pedal down. It started off as a little thump then just went to a 2 second slip even when I shifted the car myself from 2 to third. Hope it helps=]

when was the last time the transmission fluid was changed???

i got the car in april and only have done some oil changes but havnt touched the tranny
