04 engine to 06 engine

What will need to be done for a 06 engine to fit my 04?

If the '06 was from a 6mt then it's a rev-up motor...not sure if there is a ECU component change for that or not. If it's a non-6mt then there should be no issues with the swap that I'm aware of.

Completely different harness and ECU... will not be a simple swap.

The only way to really map things out is to open up the two FSM's and map the harnesses.
